Scope of Work
Q-Clean agrees to carry out roof cleaning services as described in the customer’s quotation or invoice. This may include, but is not limited to, light pressure washing, moss and algae removal, gutter clearing, and the application of preventative treatments where applicable.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, a pre-arranged payment plan).
If cherry picker on hire, late cancellation fee will be £400 as we will. Incur external cancellation fee’s from the hire company
Cancellations & Fees
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a £200 cancellation fee.
Q-Clean reserves the right to waive or reduce this fee at its discretion under exceptional circumstances.
Liability for Damage
Q-Clean takes all reasonable precautions to protect your property and roof during cleaning.
Light pressure washing does not damage roof tiles; however, it can uncover pre-existing damage such as cracked, loose, or degraded tiles that were hidden under moss, algae, or debris.
Q-Clean is not responsible for such pre-existing conditions becoming visible.
In the unlikely event that damage is caused directly by our operative’s negligence or misuse of equipment, Q-Clean will accept responsibility and arrange for appropriate repair.
Access & Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to the roof, external water supply, and electrical outlets if required.
The customer must ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during operations.
Weather Conditions
For safety reasons, Q-Clean may postpone work in adverse weather conditions such as high winds, storms, or icy conditions. In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Health & Safety
Q-Clean adheres to strict health and safety guidelines. All reasonable precautions will be taken to minimise risks to property and persons.
Customers are advised to avoid walking under or near the work area while cleaning is underway.
Complaints & Claims
Any dissatisfaction regarding the completed work must be reported to Q-Clean within 48 hours of completion.
Acceptance of Terms:
By booking a service with Q-Clean, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
